当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、個人情報の取り扱いの全部または一部を外部の事業者に委託する場合があります。委託にあたっては、十分な安全管理水準を満たす委託先を選定し、機密保持・個人情報保護に関する契約を締結のうえ、適切に監督します。 The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to external parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. - 人的安全管理措置：従業者に対する個人情報保護に関する教育・指導の実施、秘密保持に関する誓約Human measures: Education and guidance for employees on personal information protection, and confidentiality agreements
- 物理的安全管理措置：個人情報を取り扱う区域の管理、機器・電子媒体・書類の盗難・紛失防止Physical measures: Management of areas where personal information is handled, and prevention of theft or loss of devices, electronic media and documents
- 技術的安全管理措置：アクセス制御、不正アクセス対策、通信および保存データの暗号化等Technical measures: Access control, countermeasures against unauthorized access, and encryption of communications and stored data
6. 開示・訂正・利用停止等のご請求6. Requests for disclosure, correction or suspension of use
お客さまは、当社が保有する自己の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従って遅滞なく対応いたします。 Individuals may request, with respect to their own personal information held by the Company, notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion of contents, suspension or erasure of use, and suspension of provision to third parties.
